Dr. Campbell has been a professor of microbiology at the University of

Toronto for more than 40 years. As an Associate Editor of the journal

Vaccine for many years as well as of several other journals, he has

extensive experience in reviewing scientific papers. The purpose of his

talk today is to suggest ways to improve scientific writing skills,

especially when submitting manuscripts to English language journals.
