研究方向:

主要研究方向为植物细胞骨架与细胞分裂。以模式植物拟南芥为研究对象,采用细胞生物学、分子遗传学和蛋白质组学等手段,研究植物细胞分裂与发育的分子机制,解析植物细胞分裂过程中细胞骨架动态变化特征及其调控机制。重点关注有丝分裂过程中纺锤体组装、纺锤体微管与染色体连接、以及染色体整列与分离等环节的调控机制,并探讨细胞骨架在植物生长发育以及与环境互作过程中的生物学功能和作用机理。
