宋旭 教授 博导


简介:

国家重点研发计划首席科学家、中国遗传学会常务理事、四川省遗传学会理事长。

一直致力于研究长非编码RNAlncRNA)与蛋白质的相互作用,以及该相互作用在肿瘤发生发展中的意义。其中,2002-2009年期间发表的一系列论文揭示了lncRNA参与肿瘤发生发展的具体机制及效应模式,是lncRNA-蛋白质互作领域的奠基性工作之一。

2019年在Cell Research发表论文报道了凝血因子VIIIXX是人体内天然的抗超级细菌蛋白。发现凝血因子具有凝血和抗菌双重功能,更新了人们对凝血因子的传统认知,使其研究进入了新阶段。有望改变对脓毒症、脑中风等多种血栓相关疾病病因的认识,为研制抗超级细菌药物提供了新方案。

5年,承担了科技部国家重点研发计划项目、973课题、“重大新药创制”科技重大专项、基金委重大项目子课题、基金委重大研究计划、基金委面上项目、教育部博士点基金优先发展领域项目、四川省科技创新研究团队专项计划等项目。
